Liuyang Dancing Fireworks Group owns 300 hectares of land and more than one thousand buildings with a working space of 8,000 square meters. The Group consists of a Research Institute, a Shells Factory, a Cakes Packaging Mill, a Foreign Trade Co., and an Art Display Company, embodying one of the largest fireworks enterprises in the world. It has total assets of RMB 30,000,000 and sales revenue of RMB 110,000,000 in 2005. Dancing Fireworks Group employs Li Zhongqi as a technical adviser who won the name of the Great Master of National Fine Arts and receives a special allowance for his great contribution to China. The Group also employs a staff of 200 professional technicians and more than 1,000 workers. The Group achieved ISO 9001 Quality System certification in 2002, and provides services in designing and manufacturing of fireworks displays for a variety of occasions.
